| | | The picture shows a view of all (2) Different Colorful Old Historic Bread End Labels in this lot. These old bread end labels are not dated, but they are old. They are all from the same series. The labels are not numbered and we do not know how many there are in the set. Each of these has a date, an event in American History, and some text on each on a shield. They cover a few American subjects (list below). In the order pictured, they are marked as follows: August 2, 1876 - Wild Bill Hickok Killed (Deadwood, South Dakota) 1879 - Incandescent Bulb (Thomas A. Edison) The bread end labels each measure about 2-3/4'' x 2-3/4''. They appear to be in good condition with some wrinkling as pictured. |
