The pictures show views of the front and back covers as well as the first two pages. A full size framable picture of Frank Buck is on the back of the front cover. The soft cover book is entitled ''Capturing Wild Elephants'' but it also has many other animals. There are many African people pictured as well. The book is ©1934 by Frank Buck. It was published by The Merrill Publishing Company of Chicago, Illinois and printed in the U.S.A.. There are (28) large pages filled with images with captions and the story.

The book may have been used as a radio or product mail away premium. Frank Buck had a few old radio shows, television show, movies, magazine articles, and more. He had been sponsored by A. C. Gilbert Toys and Pepsodent Toothpaste. He also was involved in both the 1933 - 1934 Chicago Century of Progress World's Fair and the 1939 - 1940 New York World's Fair. The book measures 9'' x 12''. It is in good condition with over all wear and creasing to the cover and some pages.
