New Bedford, Mass. May 15 - 16 1923 The second one begins with a nice raised building image on a bronze pin. There is a hanging medal similar to a watch fob. There is an enameled section with a raised elk image below. On the back of the pin section on top there is a makers mark. This one reads as follows: Portland, Me. Fifteenth Biennial Session
