It is based on the ''Toothland Puppet Show''. It is by Harrison W. Ferguson, D.D.S.. It is ©1949 by Good Teeth Council For Children, Inc.. It was printed in the U.S.A.. It features many illustrations with teeth characters. One image in the back is in an auditorium with school children watching and listening to Dr. Ferguson's ''Toothland Puppet Show''. The booklet measures 5-1/2'' x 6''. It appears to be in excellent used condition with some wrinkling and a spot on the bottom of the cover as pictured. |
