The picture shows this Unopened Hanna-Barbera "Dick Dastardly" Toy Necklace. This necklace is mint on it's oringinal card. It advertises Kings Island Amusement Park. The card measures 7" x 3-1/4" and is in full color. It pictures the character Funky Phantom. Also in color and with raised design is the necklace. The figure of Dick Dastardly is 3-5/8" tall. Being unopened I can not measure the gold metal chain. It is made in the U.S.A. and not dated but believed to be from the 1970's.
