| The picture shows all (4) Old Ladies Metal Make Up Compacts in this lot. Sorry but I can not scan the insides. All four appear to be made of brass. Two of them are marked and two aren't. The first one has a raised image of what appears to be three women. It has a black and white design over the cover. It has a mirror inside, two pads and much original make up. It is marked "YARDLEY LONDON". The second one opens to reveal a mirror and there is a spring loaded compartment inside. There is no make up in this one. The third one is the largest in this lot. Inside is a mirror and a compartment holding a large square pad. There is still a little powder in this one. The fourth and final compact in this lot has an image on the cover of three women, one holding a basket. The inside is the same as the first one in this lot with two compartments with a pad for each. It is marked marked "YARDLEY LONDON". The mirror in this one is broken but it is replaceable. To judge the sizes the largest compact measures 3-1/16" x 3-1/8". All four compacts have some wear and as mentioned above there is one broken mirror. |
