The packet is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s during World War II. This is a full unused compact packet of tissues that was to be kept in your purse. One side has an image of a Soldier stealing a cookie from a woman on a bus or train ride. There is also a Baby Ruth candy bar and a Chef, Cook, or Baker in the corner as well.
