The picture shows a view of all (15) Small Mermaid Related Decoration Items in this lot. Only two items are dated, the Post card, and the decoration on the right. All of the items in this lot are old. The postcard is of the world famous Weeki Wachee Spring Mermaids of Florida. There is a message written on the back. It is postmarked 1960 and has a 3 cent Statue of Liberty postage stamp. It was sent to a Stoughton, Massachusetts address. The colorful decoration on the right was most likely for a cake. It is a painted plastic mermaid holding a star fish. It is marked on the back as follows: ©1966 BEACHCOMBER NOVELTY CO. FT. MYERS, FLORIDA HONG KONG There is a metal Mermaid jewelry charm and all of the rest of the items are made of plastic. There are (6) Mermaid drink glass hangers. These are made of green and blue translucent plastic. One is missing an arm (a shark must have gotten it). Then there are (6) advertising souvenir swizzle sticks. Two have larger Mermaids. These are both from Canada (listed first below). There are two duplicates of the smaller ones. They are marked as follows: PRINCE OF WALES ABERCORN, QUE. BELLEVUE CASINO 375 ONTARIO ST. W. These items range from very good to mint condition as pictured. There is the one broken arm mentioned above and the postcard is used. |
