The picture shows a view of the (2) Old Civilian Conservation Corps Paper Items in this lot. One is a photograph and one is a certificate. The Photograph is still on old black photo album paper. There are (6) young men pictured. The back is marked as follows:

The certificate has the CCC logo and is numbered. This Unit Certificate was issued on March 28th, 1940 in Alfred, Maine. It was for Tree Identification. There are three signatures on it.

To judge the sizes the certificate measures 5-1/2'' x 3-1/4''. The photograph is in good condition with some wrinkling and edge wear. The certificate is in excellent condition with a vertical fold.
