The picture shows the front and back cover design as well as the inside center advertisement of the (2) 1965 CARTER'S WORKWEAR Advertising Premium Booklets in this lot. There is more advertising inside as well. Both booklets are the same. These were given out by "THAYER DIGGERY CO. of SANFORD, MAINE" for "Carter's WATCH THE WEAR Work Clothes". The company is H.W. Carter & Sons of Lebanon, New Hampshire. The booklets advertise Men's & Boy's Dungarees, Overalls, Shop Coats, and Work Aprons. Another ad inside shows Henry W. Carter with his elaborate four-horse team. The inside back covers have a 4" ruler and they each have 1966 and 1967 calendars. Both booklets have blank lined paper of which there is some neatly written records. There is also a page of "WEATHER WISDOM" and a page of "WEIGHTS AND MEASURES". The booklets each measure 3" x 5-1/4". Other than the writing on some of the blank pages they are in excellent condition.
