The picture below shows a larger view of all (3) Old Unbuilt Miniature Cereal Prize Locomotive Train Engine Plastic Model Kits in this lot. The backs missed getting pictured, but they hold all of the black plastic wheel parts. These miniature model kits are each in shrink wrap. They are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. We can not see a maker's mark, but these were acquired with other miniature model kits that were made by the R&L company for Kellogg's cereals. These could be from the same company.

Two of the train engines are marked ''N.Y.C. HUDSON'' and one is marked ''SANTA FE''. These are made of gold plastic with black plastic wheel parts.

To judge the sizes the center package measures about 3-3/8'' x 2''. It appears that the shrink wrap was too tight when made or over time as pictured and it has separated the sprue sections and cracked one of the halves of the Santa Fe engine.
