It has a one cent postage stamp and is postmarked 1908. It has a short message and address to someone in Buffalo, N.Y.. It was printed in Germany. It appears to be in excellent used condition with rounded corners. The front is marked: LUNA PARK, CONEY ISLAND. The next card has a colorful image of a Ferris Wheel, Steeplechase Park, Sunken Gardens, and a Swimming Pool Building. On the back is a George C. Tilyou face image. It has a one cent postage stamp and is postmarked 1939. It has a short message and address to someone in Rahway, New Jersey. It appears to be in excellent used condition. The front is marked: FERRIS WHEEL AND SUNKEN GARDENS. STEEPLECHASE PARK. CONEY ISLAND, N.Y. 5 The next card has a colorful image of a Coney Island Beach, people, pavillions, other buildings, boardwalk, and a Ferris Wheel. The back is undivided. It is believed to be from the 1800s. It is in poor unused condition with a tear, crease, wear, and rounded corners. The front is marked: CONEY ISLAND. THE BEACH. Made In Germany Phoenix Brand. Edw. Lowey New York Sole Agent. No. 234. The last postcard in this lot has a colorful couple in love on a pier at Coney Island. They are seen in front of some of the old attractions. The back has two names in pencil. The card is not addressed and it had not been mailed. It is in very good condition with rounded corners. The card was printed in Germany and there is a poem that reads as follows: We went down on the boat, And while it was jay to float, We both were happy when we got on dry land: And now weÕll never part For I won her little heart That Sunday afternoon at Coney Island.
