The pictures below show larger views of all (6) Different Small Colorful Old Pretty Lady Art Prints in this lot. These paper prints are not dated but they are old. These were found in an old estate amongst many old photo carte de visites (CDV) and cabinet cards. They have home interior views with antique furniture, and Victorian women in dresses. The last one has a woman holding a parrot bird in a garden with the exterior of an old home. We do not know how these were acquired. Our best guess would be that they they were either ordered as small prints for framing, or they may have been destined to be used on old advertising premium calendars. They do not show signs that they were used. The backs are blank. The colorful images are printed on paper and they are mounted, at the tops, on to card stock paper. If you lift the images up, the card under them are marked as follows: © THE OSBOURNE COMPANY, NEWARK, N.J. & TORONTO, ONT. Each print has a caption at the bottom. In the order that they are pictured, they are marked as follows: © O.CO. - WHEN GRANDMOTHER WAS A GIRL © O.CO. - THE OLD TIME BOOKS THAT GRANDMA LOVED © O.CO. - THE COZY NOOK WHERE ROMANCE (?????) © O.CO. - IN OLD TIME SWEET CONTENT © O.CO. - IN THE DAYS OF COMFORT AND CONTENTMENT © O.CO. - IN AN OLD FASHIONED GARDEN These each measure about 4-1/4'' x 5-3/8''. They appear to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured. |
