| The picture below shows a larger view of all (28) Old Carded & Unused Joke Prank Novelty Fake Cherry Bombs Store Display. These are totally and completely harmless joke toys. They were once sold in an old five and dime novelty store. In each small bag stapled to the header card there is a red ball with holes in it, and several paper wicks or fuses. What you do it put one end of the fuse in one of the holes, and light the other. The fuse burns like a fire cracker. It sparks, flickers, and smokes. You would then throw I and walk away. It is quickly obvious that nothing is going to happen, nut for a moment friends are pranked with a fright. The display header card looks much like the paper header card on each package. It pictures a young boy with one Fake Cherry Bomb, a missile, and another tiny graphic. They are marked as follows: BANG MISSILE

All twenty-eight of these carded packages, and the display, for one price! To judge the sizes the display card measures about 5-3/4'' x 14-1/4''. The display and packages are a bit dusty, but they all appear to be in excellent unused condition. The back of the display card has several old water spots as pictured. |
