These are not dated and the year that they were made are unknown. They may have been used as a gas station premium give away, but we do not know for sure. The one in the unopened package looks very similar to all the others. They were all made in France. These are snap together models kits with no glue needed. They are made of plastic except for metal axles. The card in the package is marked ''© Strategic Merchandising Corporation, New York, N.Y.''. Each of these antique autos are marked on the bottom with their name and year they were from. Included are the following: 1895 Vis A Vis Peugeot (1 headlight & steering wheel missing)
1897 Gauthier Wehrle (seat missing)
1899 Gobron Brillie (unopened)
1900 Coupe Docteur De Dion Bouton (2 headlights missing)

1906 Sizaire Et Course (steering wheel missing) To judge the sizes the instruction card in the package measures 4-1/8'' x 5-1/4''. These appear to be in excellent to mint condition as pictured, but as best as we can tell, some are missing small parts as mentioned above. |
