The picture below shows a larger view of this Unused 1930s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection C. Carey Cloud Wiggle Lobster Paper Prize. Artist and Designer C. Carey Cloud was a prize Designer for Cracker Jack from 1937 to the early 1960s. He had designed hundreds of prizes throughout the depression, World War II and beyond. This prize is not dated but it has a 1939 U.S. Patent number. The novelty toy prizes were made of mainly tin or paper before and after WWII, paper during this time because of war shortages, and mostly of paper and injection molded plastic after the war. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize was Z-1005. The prize is die cut but it is not punched out. The prize measures about 2-11/16'' x 1-3/4''. It appears to be in good unused condition with a corner scrap piece missing as pictured.
