The picture below shows a larger front and back view of this Early 1900s Stamped Wooden Novelty Post Card with Photograph. The date on the postmark can not be seen, but this card is believed to be from the early 1900s. The wooden side is stamped and imprinted with a buck deer and it is colored. There is a diecut oval that has a photograph of two young Victorian women (Nellie & E.F.H.). It reads ''FROM A FRIEND''.

The back has applied printed post card paper with an eagle. It has a green 1902 Benjamin Franklin one cent postage stamp, an American flag Biddeford, Maine postmark, and it was sent to a young lady friend with a Rochester, New Hampshire mailing address. It is also marked ''JAPANESE WOOD NOVELTY CO., N.Y..

The postcard measures 3-7/16'' x 5-7/16''. It appears to be in good used condition as pictured.
