| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Brooke Bond Tea Advertising Premium Wild Flowers Card Set Album. This premium card album is not dated but it is old. It appears to be an English version. It was published by The Berkshire Printing Company, Ltd. of Reading, Berks. The album has a description and a place to mount (50) cards in this set. There are no cards included. The album is titled WILD FLOWERS and it is a set of (50) picture cards from originals by John Markham, F.R.P.S.. The back states that this series of picture cards is offered in the interests of education by Brooke Bond & Co. Ltd.. A card is given free in every packet of Choicest and Edglets Tea. The album measures about 7-1/8'' x 5-1/8''. It appears to be in good used condition as pictured. There is some wear from handling, a corner crease on the back cover, and some stamp hinges on some of the spaces inside where there once were cards. The stamp hinges can easily be removed. |
