The picture shows a view of both sides of this Eliot Maine Police Department Medal Coin. This appears to be a copper medal and it has a thick clear protective coating on both sides. One side has a police badge and the other side has an emblem or logo with a ships wheel and a sailing ship inside. It is marked on the two sides as follows:
