The picture shows a view of all (32) Different Old Skylab & Space Shuttle Mission Photograph Slides in this lot. These have no dates on them but the photographs are believed to be from 1972 or 1973. There are (12) slides from the Skylab mission and there are (20) concept image slides of the upcoming Space Shuttle design. We do not know when they were sold, or where. Perhaps they were sold at the Houston space station as souvenirs of space missions. In any case they are old. There are (4) slides per clear sleeve. Each slide has a clear color image. Some of the Skylab images are from in space and some are diagrams of the labs components. The Space Shuttle slides are all Artist concept images of the Shuttle from liftoff, to work in space to re-entry. They are of Astronauts, rockets, equipment, and more. They are marked and numbered from #SL-1 to #SL-12 and from #SS-1 to #SS-20. There are titles on the header cards. They were made in the U.S.A. by the G. P. Slide Company of Houston Texas. To judge the sizes each slide measures 2'' x 2''. The slides are all in mint unused condition. The packaging have some old tape and shelf wear. |
