The picture below shows larger front and back views of this Colorful Old North Conway New Hampshire Advertising Souvenir Porcelain or Ceramic Plate. The plate is not dated but it is believed to be from the late 1800s, or early 1900s. In the center is a colorful scene with the sky, a mountain, trees, fields, and water. The golden area of the plate is pierced all around, and there is a gold painted ring around the white center section. It is marked on the two sides as follows: MT. KEARSARGE, NORTH CONWAY, N.H. MADE IN GERMANY FOR CHARLES E. GIBSON NORTH CONWAY, N.H. The advertising souvenir plate measures about 8-3/8'' wide. It appears to be in excellent or better condition as pictured. |
