There is a printed smaller envelope inside this black & white envelope. Inside the smaller envelope is a blue cellophane fortune teller fish. This prize is not dated but it is old. It was made in Japan, but the manufacturer is unknown. The unopened envelopes are marked on the front and the back of the envelopes have the instructions and different fortunes. The way that these work is they are placed on a flat hand palm and depending on what it does determines your fortune. For some it will curl one way for some it will curl another way, It could flip over, or not move at all. The printed fortunes on the smaller envelope inside include the following: MOVING HEAD – JEALOUSY
