The picture shows all (4) 1940's Paper Cracker Jack Puzzle Prizes in this lot. The backs of these are blank. The first two at the top of the picture are two different versions of the same "TRAPEZE PUZZLE". The top one is a three panel version and the other is a card version with a paper band to hold them together. Aside from a tiny caramel spot on one of the cards they are in mint condition. They are each marked as follows: COPYRIGHT 1940 C.C. CLOUD CHICAGO Next is a "COWBOY PUZZLE". This is the same type puzzle as the first two but with different print / subject matter. This is the card version of this puzzle. There is no paper band for this one. These first three puzzles never came with the solution, but I will give the solution to the buyer if asked when this auction ends. The last puzzle in this lot is called "THE LAST ROUND UP PUUZLE". It is an unpunched and unused three panel prize. This is a paper version of a slide puzzle. It pictures a cartoon cowboy and has punch out animals including a goat, a cow, a chicken, a horse, and a pig. This prize is unused but it has the remains of an old dried up rubber band on one panel. the white section seen on the rubber band is not a tear. It is extra paper from another prize. Most of it fell off after the scan was done. To judge the sizes the top prize pictured measures 8-1/8" x 1-5/8". All four of these for one price! They are not marked Cracker Jack but I will personally guarantee that these were used as prizes. |
