The picture below shows larger front and back views of this 1630 - 1930 Massachusetts Bay Colony Tercentenary Advertising Token Coin. The coin appears to be made of brass or bronze. One side has an image of a Pilgrim man with land with rays behind him. The other side has a fish (cod?), what appears to be a spinning wheel on a shield shape, and a banner. It is marked on the two sides as follows: TERCENTENARY OF MASSACHUSETTS BAY COLONY 1630 – 1930 SOUVENIR 1630 - 1930 The advertising souvenir coin measures about 1-1/4'' wide. We are not coin graders, and conditions can be subjective, so please see the picture(s) to judge for yourself. To us it appears to be good condition as pictured. |
