Eppy Charm Miniature Display Card Toy Nostalgic

The picture shows this Old Display Card With (14) Charms. All of the green areas on the card have a fuzzy velvet finish. Although not marked this card is believed to be from EPPY shortly after World War II. The card instructs you to "MAKE YOUR OWN CHARM HATS - SEW ON BEANIE". The (14) charms include the following:
