In 1949 the character Sergeant Preston of the Yukon had as a prize in Quaker Puffed Rice and Quaker Puffed Wheat a series of (35) Dog premium cards. We are not offering those cards here, but what is being offered is an advertising postcard from the company that worked on point of purchase advertising stickers from that campaign. The post card has an applied sticker sent as a sample to The Whipple Company of Natick, Massachusetts. The red imprinted sticker wraps around to the other side of the postcard.
