These cute, bright, and colorful characters are named on their paper tags ''SCARLETT & RHETT'', as in the movie ''Gone with The Wind''. These were most likely sold in stores and in catalogs, but they may have also been used as carnival prizes as well. Each of there has a cloth tag and a paper tag.
