The picture shows a view of the (2) Different Colorful Old Cereal Box Back Transportation Game Parts in this lot. The backs of these are blank. These are believed to have been cut out of the back of a 1940s or 1950s cereal box. The brand of cereal is unknown. There are no instructions and we do not know how the game was played. There may have been other parts, but what you see is all that is included. There is a hole in the center of each of these leading us to believe that these were used as spinners. They have colorful images of transportation vehicles from 1500 to Today (1940s or 1950s). They are marked as follows: The Wheel of Progress on The Highways 1500 Indian Drag 1650 Colonial Ox Cart 1750 Early Stage Coach 1850 Jersey Cart 1860 Conestoga Wagon 1875 Early Buggy 1900 Early Dray Today Motor Truck The Wheel of Progress on The Streets 1850 Early Hack 1875 Early Horse Car 1880 Electric Street Car 1885 Third Rail Subway 1890 Early Tandem Bike 1897 First Taxi Cab (Electric) 1900 Early Elevated R.R. 1910 First Sight Seeing Bus The cardboard wheels each measure 4'' wide. They appear to be in excellent used condition as pictured. They each have some small writing in pencil that could be easily erased if desired. |
