| | | The picture shows a view of this 1957 United States President Fact Dial-a-Matic Game. This dial is not dated but it was easily determined that it was from 1957. Dwight D. Eisenhower is the 34th President and there is a question mark ''?'' for the 35th, which was Eisenhower again. We do not know if this dial came from a board game, a cereal prize, or some other advertising promotion. It has a jagged edge at the bottom that was not cut. It can easily be trimmed as it should be. The other side looks the same with stars and stripes and more openings for presidents and their facts. The dial openings have a picture of a President, their name, when they were born and died, their president number, and the years that they served. You can spin the dial from either side. The dial is made of printed heavy card stock paper with U.S. flags and the U.S. Capitol Building. It measures 5-3/8'' x 6-3/4''. It appears to be in excellent or better condition as pictured. As mentioned above, the bottom can be trimmed on the dotted line as intended. |
