The picture below shows a view of both sides of this Old Unused Seabrook Nuclear Power Station Post Card With Attached Sample. This unusual postcard has a SIMULATED uranium pellet attached to the front. The card is of an artists rendition of a birds eye view of the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant. The back has a nice graphic logo. The year of the card is unknown, but it is from Public Service Company of New Hampshire. The front of the card reads as follows:

Seabrook Station
...Energy for New Hampshire
and New England

One nuclear fuel pellet of uranium the size of this
simulated pellet contains as much energy as:
149 gallons of oil or
157 gallons of gasoline or
1,780 pounds of coal

Here are some addtional factual information about Seabrook Station copied from their website:

Seabrook is a 1,160-megawatt (net) pressurized-water nuclear reactor that provides about 7% of the electricity used in the six New England states enough electricity for about 1,000,000 homes.

* The reactor and its associated systems were designed and built by Westinghouse; the turbine-generator was built by General Electric.

* The plant is located two miles inland from the New Hampshire coast, about one hour north of Boston, Massachusetts and twenty minutes south of Portsmouth, NH.

* The water used to condense steam in the plant is carried from the ocean to the plant via two three-mile-long underground tunnels.

* Seabrook was designed in the 1970s and constructed in the 1980s, with plant completion and the granting of its operating license by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in 1986.

* The plant began commercial operations in August 1990, following four years of licensing and legal challenges.

* There are four companies that jointly own Seabrook Station. FPL Energy Seabrook, with 88.2%, is the largest owner.

* The men and women who work at Seabrook Station are committed to a philosophy called "Values For Excellence," which encompasses the core values of professionalism, quality, safety, and excellence in all operations. They demonstrate their commitment through extensive community involvement, having given thousands of hours and more than $1,000,000 to the United Way over the past ten years.
