One side features a 1920s Cracker Jack box with some scrollwork, and the other side has the Angelus Marshmallows Girl character with a package of Angelus Marshmallows. By turning the dial, six full calendar months appear in the window on one side and the other six calendar months in the window on the other side. The advertising premium is made of imprinted cardboard. It is marked on the two sides as follows: CRACKER KACK
