The picture below show larger front and back views of this 1940s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection United States Flag Patriotic Lithographed Tin Stand Up Toy Prize. These prizes are not dated but they were made in 1940, and reordered in 1942 and 1949. There are (4) different stand ups to the complete set. The Cracker Jack ID number for these is Z-0954 and they were made by The Cosmo Manufacturing Company of Chicago, Illinois. There was another similar oval stand up set from the 1930s & 1940s with comic strip characters as well. This tin stand up prize pictures a (48) star American flag and reads as follows:

THE FLAG OF FREEDOM

IT’S FREEDOM FOREVER,
HURRAH, BOYS, HURRAH.
DOWN WITH THE SHACKLES
AND UP WITH THE STAR.

BEND HERE TO STAND UP

The oval tin stand up measures about 1-7/8'' tall. It appears to be excellent condition as pictured.
