| The picture shows a view of the (2) Old Unused United States Military Insignia Advertising Premium Ink Pen Blotters in this lot. These blotters are not dated but they are both from the mid 1940s during World War II. These were given out as an advertising premium for use with fountain pens, but they also helped the homefront or civilians identify American Servicemen and Servicewomen by their different branch uniforms, rank, rate, and insignia.
