The Certificate of Authenticity is from Mike Hagel and Montgomery Ward. The plate “FIRST EDITION IN THE LIMITED EDITION OF AMERICA’S MOMENTS OF FREEDOM PLATE SERIES”. It is titled THE STATUE OF LIBERTY: FREEDOM’S FIRST LADY”. It has a 24kt gold painted rim and it is marked on the two sides as follows: … “GIVE ME YOUR TIRED, YOUR POOR, YOUR HUDDLED MASSES YEARNING TO BRETHE FREE.” PLATE NBR 29108
