| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Large Colorful Old Unused Detroit Free Press Illustrated 5000 Year History of Mankind Chart Poster. This is a large extremely detailed chart of “DETROIT FREE PRESS ILLUSTRATED CHART SHOWING 5000 YEARS OF THE HISTORY OF MANKIND”. There is far too much detailed information on it to list here, but the top categories listed include “History, Costume, Weapons, Tools – Utensils, Science – Inventions, Transportation, Art – Sculpture - Architecture”. We do not know the original copyright year, but this time line goes from 3000 B.C. to the Present, which appears to be about the 1950s. It was illustrated and designed by Lowell Hess and Louise Caluck, copyright by Book Enterprises, Inc. of New York, N.Y., and published by The Detroit Free Press. It would look great framed, and hanging on a wall, to educate and amuse. The colorful poster measures about 48'' x 34-1/2''. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. It has folds (as made). |
