| The picture shows a view of all (3) Colorful Old British or English Toy Play Set Figure Cardboard Boxes in this lot. Actually, there are (3) box covers and one box bottom. These are empty and there are NO figures included here. We figured that someone who has these sets could use these to display with them, or a playset collector may want to clean them up and frame them. Someone had stored away for a long time. They are bowed or warped but with some care, they could be straightened out. The colorful images on the covers still look nice. The covers are each marked ''MADE IN ENGLAND'' on the left corners. We do not know who the maker is, perhaps Britains, we do not know. We believe that the figures that were once in these were painted metal ones. One box has a busy farm scene with Farmers, a tractor, a trailer, barns, silos, a house, cows, geese, chickens, a rooster, pigs, a dog, horses, a boy riding, trees, and more. The other two box covers are identical. They have Buckingham Palace Guards marching, and two scenes with British Soldiers on horseback charging in war. These each measure about 16-1/2'' x 3-1/4'' x 1''. These appear to be in fair condition as pictured. As mentioned above, there are three lids and one box bottom. They are empty and could use some cleaning and straightening. |
