It has a sailing ship and a sunrise in a fancy frame with the year 1784 and New Hampshire on a banner. It is also marked as follows: SESQUI-CENTENNIAL PARADE PUBLIC SCHOOLS CONCORD, N.H. JUNE 2, 1926 Below the pinback button is a woven American flag ribbon. There is a paper insert in the back that has a Union mark and reads as follows: THE WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK, N.J. BUTTONS, BADGES, NOVELTIES AND SIGNS The badge with the flag ribbon measures 2'' tall. It is in very good condition with some age spotting as pictured. |
