(7) 1964 - 1965 New York World's Fair Advertising Souvenir Items

The picture shows a view of all (7) 1964 - 1965 New York World's Fair Advertising Souvenir Items in this lot. These are all booklets and brochures that came from exhibits at the Fair. They all came from a family that collected them at the Fair.

The first item is a United States Pavilion (4) page brochure. It has the American Great Seal on the cover. Inside is an illustration of the exhibit with information of ''America... Past, Present, and Future'' a program in five parts which consists of: 1. Voyage to America. 2. Exhibit Hall of The Great Society. 3. American Conquests - Sea - Land - Space. 4 Library / U.S.A.. and 5. Hall of Presidents. On the back is a message from then U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson given on April 22, 1964. The exhibit was sponsored by Franklin National Bank of New York.

Next is a colorful (8) panel brochure called ''Fiesta Land'' that was given out at the Central America and Panama Pavilion. The brochure has pictures inside from: Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and more. The brochure is mainly on tourism and investment in the areas.

Third is a (6) panel brochure from the Mexico Pavilion. The brochure is mainly about tourism in Mexico. It was put out by the Mexican National Tourist Council. It contains colorful pictures and much information.

Next is a colorful (14) panel Fair brochure from Calart or the California Artificial Flower Company. It pictures many different floral designs of fake flowers and fruit. It gives prices and locations all over the United States where they may be purchased. Besides much information, the brochure pictures the Unisphere, the company founder, and the Providence, Rhode Island factory.

The fifth item here is a (12) panel brochure from the Dupont Exhibit called ''Wonderful World of Chemistry''. Dupont had sponsored this play and much information about it, the cast and more are in this brochure. The exhibit is pictured inside along with a history of Dupont from 1802 to 1964 and 1965. There is also much more information about chemicals and products made by them.

The sixth item here is a (6) panel brochure that came from the IBM Pavilion. It has an illustrated map of the exhibit and information about what is seen there including: 1. People Wall and The Information Machine. 2. Computer Court. 3 Probability Machine. 4. Scholar's Walk. 5. Little Theaters. and 6. Typewriter Bar.

Last but not least is a colorful (8) page brochure booklet from the Kodak Pavilion and exhibit. It advertises the exhibit and demonstrations to see such as: The Searching Eye and the Magic Moon Deck. There are many photographs pictured inside. On the back there is advertising for Kodak Instamatic Camera,a Special World's Fair Camera, and a Special Movie Camera Package deal. The exhibit was sponsored by the Eastman Kodak Company of Rochester, New York.

All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the U.S. Pavilion brochure measures 5-1/2'' x 8-1/2''. These appear to vary from near mint to mint condition as pictured.
