| | | The picture shows the (2) 1950 Baseball Correspondence Letters in this lot. The first picture shows the first letter which is was written and signed by the 1950 President of the SUNSET BASEBALL LEAGUE of Manchester, New Hampshire. It was written to WMUR Television / Radio of Boston, Massachusetts. The letter basically is asking for a donation. On the left side there is a listng of the teams and other titled positions. The second letter is shown cropped so that you could read it. Although not marked as such, it is a carbon copy response letter from WMUR to the first letter. It is not signed, the original would have been. The letters each measure 8-1/2" x 11". They are both in excellent condition. The first one has folds from being mailed and a staple hole. The second one has no folds, but does have a staple hole and two small edge tears. |
