Franconia, N.H. The tiny brochure has a colorful hotel image on the cover. At the lower right it is marked "OTTO KLEY 1923". The back has a map with mileage distances to this hotel from Montreal to New York City. The inside has two pages of advertising for Peckett's. Also inside is an attached fold out with ten black & white images. They are interior and exterior images of the old hotel. One of them has advertising for: PECKETT'S
