| | | | The pictures show views of the (5) Old Unused Painted Metal Toy Space Vehicles on the Original Packaging in this lot. These toy vehicles are still wired to the cardboard package. To remove them you would need to take apart a glued panel on the bottom of the box. They are not dated but believed to be from the 1950s or older. There is no manufacturers name and it is unknown who made these. The old packaging is simply marked ''SPACE SERIES'' on the front. It looks like there may have been one more vehicle to the set that is now missing. What is here of the packaging has an image of another planet and a moonscape scene on the background. This set may have been sold in an old five & dime store. The metal vehicles are painted in red, white, blue, and gold. Included are the following: ''MOON PATROL'' (unused but there are no wheels)

Trailer or Rail Car with Sattelite To judge the sizes the Rocket on the trailer measures 2'' long. The vehicles are in mint unused condition with the exception of the missing wheels on the left one. The packaging is curled or warped from age but probably could be straightened out. |
