| The picture shows a view of this Old Boxed Valley Todeco Company Advertising Paper Mate Ball Point Ink Pen. This pen is not dated but it is old. The box it was found in is marked ''FLAIR'' & ''PAPER MATE'' all over. The pen is a silver color metal with a brown section that has the advertising. It has two hearts on the clip and it is marked as follows: Valley-Todeco Inc.
