The picture shows a view of this 1976 Dressed White Busby Drum Major Souvenir Toy Doll. It was probably purchased by a tourist when new. It comes in its original clear plastic tube. We had an identical doll that had a gold and black sticker that reads ''WHITE BUSBY DRUM MAJOR - BRITTISH MADE''. This one does not have that sticker but it is the same. This one has a sticker on the tube that reads as follows: IMPORTED BY: IMPORTE PAR: IRWIN TOY LTD. TORONTO ONT., CANADA M6K 1X6 1976 N.S. (hand written) The doll is made of plastic and it is fully dressed in uniform, with a hat, jacket, sashes, belt, and kilt. The face, socks, and shoes are painted. She has blue eyes that close, a head that turns, and is also holding a gold plastic staff. The souvenir doll measures about 8'' tall. She is in mint unused condition as pictured. |
