The picture shows a view of this Old Great American Railroads Steam Locomotive Train Engine Medallion. The other side is identical. The medal or pendant is not dated but it is old. It appears to be made of brass. Apparently this is one in a series.The two side have a raised image of an old steam locomotive train engine with a tender car. There are mountains in the background and six stars at the sides. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

MADE IN HONG KONG

The medal or necklace pendant measures 1-1/2'' wide. It appears to be in excellent or better condition as pictured.
