There is also a Signalman Sailor with signal flags in uniform, as well as a U.S. Navy war ship with flags. They are both standing by a flag pole. The title and company name are on banners. There are also two different flag shields with stars and stripes. At the beginning of this (70) page songbook is a War Message from U.S. President Woodrow Wilson that was read at The Joint Session of Congress at Washington, D.C. on April 2, 1917.
