This is an accumulated lot that has been acquired over time from many different sources. Some are older items and some are newer. Some highlights of the items included here are as follows: There is an old advertising souvenir desk calendat snow globe. There ar dials to change the month, the dat, and the day of the week. Inside is the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, a New York City skyline, and a ship in the New York harbor. It is marked “NEW YORK CITY” and “MADE IN HONG KONG © NO. 355”. There is no water inside and a chip on a back corner. It could be refilled and easily glued. There is an old wooden and metal salt & pepper shaker set. One has The Empire State Building, and the other has The Statue of Liberty. There is an old New York advertising souvenir compass. It has The Statue of Liberty, The Empire State Building, a Wall Street sign, a taxi cab, other buildings, and “UPTOWN”, “DOWNTOWN”, “EASTSIDE, and “WESTSIDE”. There are New York City advertising souvenir shot glass, a miniature porcelain mug, a black rubber change purse keychain, a miniature enameled collector spoon, and two different side pinback buttons that are all marked “I (heart) N.Y.”. There is a miniature porcelain plate that is marked: “NEW YORK CITY”. It has a gold rim and it pictures THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING – ROCKEFELLER CENTER - UNITED NATIONS BUILDINGS - TIMES SQUARE - STATUE OF LIBERTY – CONEY ISLAND – N.Y. INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. All eleven of the items for one price! To judge the sizes the wooden salt & pepper shaker set measures about 4-1/4'' tall. These items appear to range from excellent to mint unused condition as pictured. As stated above the snow globe has a cip on a corner and need water. |
