The picture below shows two larger views around this 1930s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Lithographed Tin Siren Whistle Toy Prize. It has four country flag including the United States of America, England, Italy, and perhaps Poland. The siren whistle is simply marked “MADE IN JAPAN”. This whistle was made with many variations of images and designs which many were used as prizes by Cracker Jack. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize is Z-0794 and it was made by The Cosmo Manufacturing Company of Chicago, Illinois. Inside there is a metal wheel that spins fast and makes a siren noise when blowing in one end of the tube or barrel. The whistle measures about 5/8'' x 1-5/16''. The whistle works and it appears to be in excellent condition as pictured.
