The pictures below show several larger views of this Colorful Old Miniature Lithographed Tin Toy Truck. This small tin truck is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1920s or 1930s.

It is a part that would go on a larger wind up tin toy such as the Marx ''Busy Bridge'' or the ''Lincoln Tunnel'' by the Unique Art Manufacturing Company. There is a slotted hole at the bottom and top where a small rod goes through to ho;d it as it goes around a street or track.

Contrary to popular belief, this truck, and other cars and buses like it, were never used as a Cracker Jack prize. It is similar, but not the same. This truck features a man driving and a ''U.S.'' marking on the cage on the back.

The tin toy truck is lithographed in black, white, yellow, and red. It is made and folded from a single die cut section of tin sheet metal. The truck measures 1-5/8'' x 3/4'' x 1/2''. It appears to be in excellent condition with some light over all wear as pictured.
