The sleeve pictures the physically fit Jack La Lanne, and has some information about him. The translucent blue vinyl 33-1/3 record has (17) exercises. Side one has the 1 - 7 for the waist and down, and side two has 8 – 17 for the waist and up. There are two different “Jack La Lanne’s Glamour Stretcher Time Instruction Chart” posters included. The set is ©1959 by D. R. Sales, Inc. and distributed by La Lanne, Inc., of Hollywood 28. All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the record cover measures about 10-1/4'' x 10-1/4''. The record and charts appear to be in mint condition, and the record cover has some light wear from handling as pictured. |
