It is not marked Norcross, but it was found with and matches other Norcross holiday advertising pinback buttons that we had. It pictures a colorful red, white, and blue image of a young patriotic girl character with with pigtails, bows, and an Uncle Sam flag top hat. It is marked as follows: MY THREE FAVORITE COLORS This pinback button does not have a paper insert in the back.
